MarcusJenna
Deciding seconds ↔ sleep on it
Money spend ↔ save
Under pressure push ↔ withdraw

Marcus decides in seconds. Jenna needs to sit with it. Neither of you is being unkind — you just move at different speeds.

What to do on TuesdayMarcus names the decide-by date instead of pushing. Jenna gives a status — "leaning yes, need till Thursday" — instead of silence.

Why R.O.S. exists

Most couples don't struggle from a lack of love.

They struggle from a lack of a system for running the relationship day to day.

The same fights repeat because neither of you has words for why they happen. One of you wants to decide fast; the other needs time to think. One wants to talk it out tonight; the other needs space first. Without a shared language, those differences feel personal instead of predictable.

And most couples only work on the relationship when something is already wrong. No routine, no scorecard, no plan — just good intentions that fade by Wednesday.

“It is your direction, not your intention, that determines your destination.”The idea R.O.S. is built on.

What you get

Three things most couples are missing.

01

A shared language

A free behavioral Snapshot, or research-backed TTI assessments, that explain how each of you is wired — so a pattern stops feeling like an attack.

Free Snapshot

02

A shared plan

Small, specific practices across the seven areas of life that matter most. Most take under five minutes.

03

A shared rhythm

A short weekly check-in that keeps growth going when life gets busy — on a schedule, not on moods.

How it works

R.O.S. runs on four parts. We call it BOND.

Each part builds on the one before it — and then it loops. The Dashboard shows where you're drifting, the Agreement explains why, and Nurture hands you the next practice.

Getting started

About twenty minutes to your first shared insight.

  1. Choose how you'll set upTwo phones, or together on one. In one-phone mode R.O.S. tells you when to turn the screen away, so private answers stay private.
  2. Take the Snapshot25 quick questions about how you act, how you work, and what drives you. About five minutes.
  3. Invite your partnerSend a link or a code. They take theirs, and your profiles connect.
  4. Open UsSee your two profiles side by side for the first time — where you're alike and where you're not.
  5. Pick your first practicesChoose one pillar to start with and add a few small tasks.

Not just for couples

Any relationship that matters can run on R.O.S.

The same two profiles read differently depending on who you are to each other. R.O.S. rewrites every insight and every task for the relationship you link.

Couple

Spouse · Partner · Fiancé(e)

The Couple Map: communication, household, decisions, money, family, habits, and faith or meaning.

A shared taskTen minutes, phones away: each says one high and one low from the day.

Family

Parent · Child · Sibling · Friend

The Family Map: helping each other, plans, time together, and family roots.

A shared taskLook through old photos together and tell the stories behind three of them.

Professional

Teammate · Manager · Direct report

The Working Map: roles and ownership, decisions, feedback, meetings — and who leads, when one of you manages the other.

A shared taskAgree how each of you prefers to get bad news — in person, a call, or a message.

Nurture · Practice

Insight without action fades. So R.O.S. gives you reps.

Seven pillars, each with its own bank of tasks — written for fast movers, for steady ones, and for the two of you together.

CommunicationHow you talk, listen, and repair after conflict
HouseholdWho does what, and whether it feels fair
Decision makingHow you make big and small choices together
MoneySpending, saving, and money conversations
FamilyKids, extended family, and time together
Habits & rhythmsDaily routines that support or strain you
Spiritual connectionShared faith — or, if you prefer, shared meaning and values

5 active tasks each — enough to progress, few enough to finish.

Mine + ours — individual tasks and shared ones.

Small reps beat big gestures. Ten minutes every week beats one weekend retreat.

New · R.O.S. Coach

A coach who has read both of your profiles.

Your guide for understanding yourself, understanding others, and improving the relationship. Ask it anything, any time — it answers from how you're actually wired, not from a generic advice column.

  • Understand yourselfWhy you push, go quiet, or over-explain when things get tense — and what you need on a hard week.
  • Understand the other personWhat they're probably feeling, and how to bring up something hard in a way they can hear.
  • Improve the relationshipGet ready for your Weekly Huddle, pick this week's task, and turn an insight into one small step.

Coach is powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. It only sees what your partner has chosen to share, and your conversation stays on your phone.

CoachCouple
What is Jenna probably feeling when she goes quiet?

Coach

Probably not anger. Jenna is high Steadiness — going quiet is how she protects the peace while she works out what she actually thinks.

You're high D, so silence reads to you like a yes or a shutdown. It's usually neither. She needs time, and she needs to know you'll still be there when she's ready.

Try this week: when she goes quiet, say “Take your time — can we come back to it after dinner?” Then let dinner be dinner.

Example reply. Coach can be wrong and isn't a therapist.

The operating rhythm

It works because it runs on a schedule, not on moods.

Daily5–10 min

Work on your active tasks. Log them when they're done.

Weekly Huddle15–20 min

Review progress, name one friction, set next week's tasks.

Quarterly Reset45–60 min

Reread your Agreement. Which clash points softened? Which are new? Choose your next focus pillars.

The Weekly Huddle agenda

Same time every week — say, Sunday after the kids are down.

  1. 2 min
Check in. One word each for how your week felt.
  2. 3 min
Look at the Dashboard. Which pillar got attention? Which got ignored?
  3. 3 min
Give credit. Name one thing your partner did well this week.
  4. 5 min
Name one friction. Use your Agreement's language. One issue — solve it or schedule it.
  5. 5 min
Set the week. Finish, keep, or swap your active tasks.

A sample first month

What BOND looks like for Marcus and Jenna.

Week 1 · Blueprint + Agreement

The fight gets a name

They take the Snapshot together on one phone. On Us, they see Marcus decides fast and Jenna needs time — the root of their “why can't you just decide?” fight.

Week 2 · Nurture

One small rule

They start with Decisions and Communication. Shared task: for anything over $200, Marcus gives Jenna 24 hours before they talk it through.

Week 3 · Dashboard

The empty bar

At their first Huddle, Household is empty. Jenna adds a Household task; Marcus swaps in one that plays to his strengths.

Week 4 · Dashboard

Trending up

Two pillars are climbing. The 24-hour rule headed off one argument. Sunday stays Huddle night.

Nothing about this month was dramatic. That's the point.

Individual TTI assessments

Licensed TTI Success Insights assessments, taken online and delivered by RMC Capital Coaching. Your results come back into R.O.S. and replace the Snapshot's estimates.

DISC$65

How you act — your natural style and the style you're using right now.

12 Driving Forces$50

Why you act — the twelve forces that drive your choices, ranked.

DISC + 12 Driving Forces$100

How you act and why, in one report. $15 less than buying them separately.

TriMetrix EQ$135

The complete picture: DISC, Driving Forces, and five emotional-intelligence scales.

DISC is the one assessment the Map needs: it pairs each person's natural and adapted profiles. Driving Forces and TriMetrix EQ add deeper insight on top. Prices are per person. Buy two assessments in one order and save $20. Already have a TTI report from a coach, church program, or work? It counts — upload the PDF in the app and it fills itself in.

Ground rules & privacy

R.O.S. only works if you both feel safe using it.

These rules are built into the app, not just written in a policy.

Your data is yours.

Your raw results are private to you. You choose what your partner sees, and you can change it anytime.

Your notes stay yours.

Your reports, your notes, and your Coach conversations are kept on your own phone. Your partner never sees them.

No weaponizing.

A profile explains behavior. It doesn't excuse it, and it's never ammunition in an argument.

Both of you in.

It works best when both people take part, even if one moves faster than the other.

Progress over perfection.

Missed a week? It happens. Restart at the next Huddle, no guilt.

R.O.S. is not therapy.

It's for healthy relationships that want to grow. If there are safety concerns or deep hurt, a licensed counselor is the right next step.

Questions

Good questions to ask first.

Is the free Snapshot a real assessment?

It's a 25-question behavioral questionnaire that estimates your natural DISC style, what energizes you, and your top motivator. It's accurate enough to start real conversations. The licensed TTI assessments validate those scores and add your adapted style, your full motivator ranking, and — with TriMetrix EQ — emotional intelligence.

Do we both have to do it?

You can start alone and see your own profile right away. The Us page, the shared tasks, and the Map open once your partner joins — by link, by code, or together on one phone.

Do I need an account?

No account to start. Your profile is saved on your device, and you can make a backup code at any time to restore it on another phone.

We're not religious. Does the spiritual pillar still apply?

You choose. If faith is part of your life, you'll see the Spiritual connection pillar. If not, it becomes Meaning & connection — the same idea, without the faith language.

Is this only for married couples?

No. R.O.S. has lenses for couples, for family and friends, and for working relationships. Every insight and task is rewritten for the relationship you link.

I already took a TTI assessment through work or a coach.

It counts. Upload your Success Insights, TriMetrix, or TriMetrix EQ report and R.O.S. fills in your profile from it.

What does the Coach see, and where does it go?

When you send the Coach a message, R.O.S. sends your message, your profile, your current tasks, and only what your partner has chosen to share with you to Anthropic, which runs Claude, to write the reply. R.O.S. doesn't store your conversation — it stays on your phone. You turn the Coach on yourself; nothing is sent until you do.

Is R.O.S. counseling?

No. DISC and Driving Forces are useful lenses, not verdicts. R.O.S. is a tool to start honest conversations and build small habits. If your relationship involves safety concerns or deep hurt, please talk with a licensed counselor.

Build your BOND.

Strong relationships aren't lucky. They're built, one small practice at a time.

Takes about five minutes. No account to start.
